Top 5 destinations:
1. Buffalo
2. Oakland
3. Tampa Bay
4. Cleveland (Dawg Pound-HA!)
5. Washington-sorry, but it makes some football sense.

Re: Vick conditionally reinstated by NFL (updated)

If he were playing any other position other than QB then I think he'd be fine. But with all the mental preperation that an NFL QB has to do, there is no way a team is going to sign and invest in Vick this year. Perhaps he'll get signed and asked to play another position but I just don't see QB. I heard that the UFL would offer him a million plus. He needs to go there where he can earn some $ and knock some rust off.

No team is going to sign him to play QB. He's got Wildcat/Slash written all over him.

Re: Vick conditionally reinstated by NFL (updated)

Here's a good article on where Vick may end up...

Vick might not have a landing spot - NFC South - ESPN

I particularly like this:

Quote:
Not even a chance: Packers, Vikings, Steelers, Ravens, Browns, Chiefs, Chargers, Titans, Colts, Texans, Dolphins, Jets, Seahawks, Rams, 49ers, Cardinals, Redskins, Eagles, Giants, Panthers, Saints, Buccaneers and Falcons.
They do mention the Pats as a possible place, and I wouldn't be surprise since Darth Hoody has always been trying to stick it to the league (why this, I have no idea). I think it is a stretch having Vick here, I think you'd be more likely to see Bret Favre in here than Vick.

wondering why you think this? i would start him over anyone on the Lions roster right now. same for Denver. he is better then Jackson/ Rosenfeld(sp?) of the Vikings. what about Tampa? better then those bunch of stiffs

Well he's played in this offense and our QB is in his last year of his contract. I really don't care if he came here. He did his time.

he's not better than anyone right now cause he's been sitting in a jail cell for two years. he's going to need a few months and when you get into the regular season the back up QB's don't get a lot of practice reps. he's going to need a full off season of mincamps, ota's and throwing to NFL WR's.

Yeah he played in the WCO but he didnt do anything worth mentioning. he made Roddy White look like a bust. thats all we need, a qb who hinders the development of our young wrs.Sorry man but we DO NOT need MV.

Wherever he goes, if he makes a team, he better pick up the playbook fast or else he will embarass himself big time.

Dallas has said no, no, and no

I'm thinking Cincy.
Carson Palmer is the franchise qb there and he has the numbers to back up staying that way.

I agree, but this would be the wild cat type option for Vick.
