Assassins Creed.

I am psyched for this game to come out...although I do not realize why they named it as such. I would have just called it "Assassin".

Re: Assassins Creed.

nice creed. I am excited about the game, but I think I am done buying games for a bit. Just bought MWF2 and FIFA 10 before that. 120 in the hole with the holidays coming up.

Thats what they like to call themselves. Personally, I do not understand why anyone would want to call themself the weakest part of the body, but whatever it sounds cool.

Re: Assassins Creed.

Creed is pretty mysterious. I wouldn't be surprised if he was an assassin at some point.

Kidding aside, I think my wife plans to buy this. We rarely play games, but her brother talked her into this one, some how.

Re: Assassins Creed.

I played the first Assassin's Creed, never finished the game though (GTA: Liberty City came out soon after AC and I lost interest) but the game was fantastic and the graphics on the PS3 in HD... Breathtaking.

Re: Assassins Creed.

So far, I am pretty impressed. The controls are the same, but the feel is a bit smoother. I have only played it for about 40 min today so I still haven't gotten any weapons or become the Assassin yet.

Re: Assassins Creed.

I can't buy it just yet because I don't have the money, but I'm not sure whether to buy it or not. I have the first one and I liked it but at the same time it felt repetitive as hell and I don't want to play it if it's just gonna be like that again.

Re: Assassins Creed.

I think they went out of their way to make non-repetitive. It's suppose to be really good.

The first one was terrible, because all towns/missions/vantage points, were all the same except they had different feels.

Yeah. The trailer for it looked really good. I'm in the same boat as you because I purchased MW2 last week and I can't afford to be spending 60 bucks on every hot new game I want to buy.

I'm probably gonna get it but probably not till next year when things settle down a bit and I can afford it.

Re: Assassins Creed.

Ok, serious question here. COD vs. L4D 2 vs. Assasin's Creed. I only have time to play one and I really can't decide which way to go. I was thinking about Dragon Age too but I've decided to avoid another RPG after Fallout ruined my life last year.

Online shooting matches isn't really my thing so much. I know everyone loves them but I'll take a cinematic single player mode anyday. If I play a game online its probably going to be Super Puzzle Fighter.

I was about to agree. I have MW2 and Assassins Creed I prefer the latter.

I have gotten to the point where the all of the business's in this Itallian town are paying me money. It is so much more freakin sweet than the first. There is so much more stuff to do. You can pickpocket anyone at anytime and actually take their money and not some BS letter. Blending in with characters in the game is much less structured. You can actually fight with your retractable assassin blade. You can disarm people and use their weapons againt them. You can hire prostitutes to distract guards or hire mercenaries to help you fight. You can change your uniform...I can go on and on, the game is just freakin sweet.
