Dismembered his brother
Local news unfortunately:
Police: Fawn Township man described killing and dismembering his brother - The York Daily Record Police: Fawn Township man described killing and dismembering his brother Daily Record/Sunday News Updated: 08/06/2010 09:33:03 AM EDT · Read the affidavit for probable cause. Justin Carbaugh's brother, Cody Barnes, called police Thursday and said his brother had told him he had shot and killed another brother, Brandon, Wednesday night, according to an affidavit filed by state police. At 11:11 a.m., two state police troopers arrived at the Carbaughs' Ridge Road residence in Fawn Township and saw Justin Carbaugh walking down the driveway. "I'm giving myself up," he told the troopers. Police handcuffed him and put him in their cruiser while they spoke with his mother, Paige Carbaugh, and Barnes. They told the troopers that Justin Carbaugh told them he had killed his brother and handed over the weapon -- a Glock 27 .40-caliber semi-automatic handgun -- that he said he used to shoot his brother. Brandon Carbaugh's body was found in the woods near the house, wrapped in a tarp. He had three bullet wounds -- one to the left chest and to the head. His fingers had been cut off, police said, with hedge trimmers, and his left leg had been chopped off below the knee with an ax. The body parts were found nearby in a black plastic bag, police said. Justin Carbaugh faces charges of criminal homicide, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and abuse of a corpse, according to charging documents. Justin Carbaugh told police that he had had an argument with his brother in the kitchen of the house at about 6 p.m. Wednesday. He said he walked outside to get away from his brother, who followed him and continued the argument. Justin said he had the Glock holstered on his hip. As Justin entered the woods, police said, Brandon cut in front of him and placed his hand on the butt of his pistol. Justin told police he then drew his weapon and fired, hitting Brandon in the chest. Brandon spun away. Justin told police he then shot Brandon in the back of the head. Justin said he walked over to where Brandon was and, thinking he was still alive, shot him again in the head. Police said Justin told them that Brandon did not draw his firearm or threaten Justin with it, and said Justin said he did not shoot Brandon in self-defense. He told police he tried to hide the body. He said he returned to the house to fetch an ax, hedge trimmers, safety glasses, latex gloves, a black plastic bag and duct tape. He said he placed his brother on a tarp and cut off his brother's fingers with the hedge trimmer, and his left leg with the ax, intending to dismember the body to dispose of it. He told police that after chopping off his brother's left leg, he could go no further and left his brother's body, wrapped in the tarp secured with duct tape, in the woods. He said he then tried to burn some items - notably the ax, hedge trimmers, safety glasses, latex gloves and his brother's clothing. Police found the remains of some of these items in a fire pit next to the house.

Re: Dismembered his brother
If his brother keeps cutting him off at the knees he'll never get anywhere in life. I don't understand why he didn't just give him the finger and move on.

Re: Dismembered his brother
If you can't count on your brother who can you count on?
