Just like when I-95 slows down then speeds back up for no reason on my drive home everyday the epic traffic jam in China has eased up: China's epic traffic jam 'vanished' - Yahoo! News
It was probably all caused by one old lady driving 20mph below the speed limit with her blinker on. She FINALLY got to her exit.
