Re: My NFC EAST predictions
I see parity in the NFC East. I don't think the Boys or Eagles will suck, but they won't be strong as advertised. I see the teams in the division beating the crap out of each other with lots of even records within the division. Nobody will go better than 4-2 in the NFC East. I realize all the teams are going to look better come game 1, but we saw some out of the ordinary bad perfromances out there, not to mention the Boys are truly banged up. If most of the NFC East teams go 3-3 in the division, it is not that crazy to say they will lose 3-4 outside of division play. Everyone says we will go 8-8 or 7-9 if things stay the same, but do you really think Dallas is going 11-5? I don't think so. A lot of teams are going to be gunning for the "favs" and Romo will fold on que. 9-7 can win the division, 10-6 for sure.

Re: My NFC EAST predictions
I see parirty but at the same time one team in the BEAST will step out ahead of the others.
It honestly could be any of the 4.

Dallas: Win
Texans: Win Rams: Win Eagles: Win Packers: Loss Colts: Loss Bears: Loss Lions: Win Eagles: Win Titans: Win Vikings: Loss Giants: Loss Bucs: Win Cowboys: Loss Jags: Loss Giants: Win adds up to 9-7... however i can't say that i would be suprised if we go anywhere from 7-9 to 10-6.

Think about it though... all it would take is for Kolbe to be sidelined for several games or for the yr. With Vick they might be the 4-12 team he speaks of. If Kolbe is healthy all yr I see them being an 8-8 team or less and Reid being fired. |

Re: My NFC EAST predictions
14-2? Since we last won the Superbowl in 91 3 teams in 18 years have gone 14-2 and gone on to win the Superbowl (98 broncos 03/04 Patriots. Four teams have gone 14-2 or over and lost in the Superbowl (98 Falcons, 01 Rams, 07 Patriots, 09 Colts).
(98 Vikings and 04 Steelers 15-1 and lost in championship games) For outside of obvious reasons that we aren't going 14-2, on top of that 14-2 Just is not that common. Im a kool-aid-a-holic myself but Id be happy with a first rd bye and Superbowl 11-5 or 12-4. More realistic 9-7 + - (2) Playoffs being a question mark BUT.... Id be extremely pleased with us winning over 7.5 games...making my bet on over for the season win total pay out!

Re: My NFC EAST predictions
Ross Tucker has us going from worst to first, and predicts 10-6. That would be a heck of a year in my book.

Re: My NFC EAST predictions
Well, hopefully I'm wrong in wk-2 and the Cowboys and Eagles lose, but so far..I've been right on the money with the NFC East. (actually got 14/16 in my pick'm contest...was wrong on the Sea/9ers game and the Jets/Ravens game)
Here's to hoping I'm wrong on the Cowboys and Eagles game and they lose... Bottoms up!

Re: My NFC EAST predictions
The original post cracks me up-
9/26 - Rams - Win - "Bradford should really sit this one out." LOL. Turns out: 9/26 - Rams - Loss - Skins D really sat this one out. But hey, he has been a Redskins fan since he was four, and he knows a good team when he sees it. So at least we can all rest assured we're going 13-0 down the stretch.

Re: My NFC EAST predictions
So close,so far away
We win against the Texans in OT,I think we beat the rams and go 3-0 It's amazing how a loss can carry over with a heartbreak loss against texans... Well,I would have to win out, to be right about 14-2 and that won't happen... So I guess I'll hope for a Playoff spot. Keep the Faith man..HTTR!!
