2. Galloway (and Williams should've never even been on the team. I don't know what these guys were thinking. 3. Can be corrected 4. Not buying the footwork stuff. McNabb is what he is. He's going to make some big plays and he's going to be inaccurate on some stuff. They knew what they were getting. They've got 11 years of film on the guy. Did they even bother to take a look??? 5. What ever happened to this guy?? He was a beast at Clemson. |

Re: Changes needed during/after bye week
That's basically what I meant, put back Dockery at LG or RG (if he can play there) get rid of Rabach out of the starting lineup and put KL at C. Hicks hasn't done much at RG and Brown is still not at 100% at RT.

Re: Changes needed during/after bye week
I really think that to date Kyle Shanahan stinks as an offensive coordinator! They should leave McNabb's stance alone...Just let him play. and get somebody to call some plays that seem logical. But they need to fix the O-line problems pronto. One change they can make is to move Dockery back in at left guard, take Rabach out and replace him withMontgomery or the current left guard (I can't spell his name!). It might not be any better but at least it's a change. Shanahan must be sitting in Vinnie's old chair and now he's caught something!

1. Where do I find the magic wand or the fairy godmother who will fix those problems in 2 weeks with the talent on this roster? 2. IF Galloway were to retire - - and I doubt he will in mid-season - - what makes anyone think that anyone on the roster other than Roydel Williams would be his replacement? 3. Agree here. This is something coaching and practice can accomplish. BTW, penalties in other areas of the game can be reduced too with positive benefits... 4. Donovan McNabb is in his 12 season in the NFL and has probably been using his "standard footwork" for the last 20+ years of his football life. The chances that he will change that effectively without altering his comfort level with some other part of his game in a two week period are very slim. 5. If Torain is hurt and Portis is not ready to come back, things are not looking up for the running game - - - unless of course that guy with the magic wand or the fairy godmother who is here to fix the OL in 2 weeks can give it another flick of his wrist.

Redskins Insider - Redskins elevate Rabach, Hall and Alexander to captain status
Say what! Rabach Captain? Shanny really likes this guy for some reason. |

Re: Changes needed during/after bye week
o Run the ball
o McNabb needs to be more efficient and sustain drives with the passing game ..........a. McNabb/Kyle need to have clearly defined reads so McNabb throws to the right read at the right time more often |

Re: Changes needed during/after bye week
I think McNabb needs to get his weight down. Just my opinion but he is looking a little chunky out there
