Finally found it. Never realized that a big part of Tannehill's struggles against Texas were drops from receivers.

The player will either be selected before us unless we trade up. No one wants to package picks to move up so thats out. However if that same player sees their stock drop and that player falls to us then the QB class is called weak and we are told to wait until next year.
