Re: Signing Ochocinco: Te gusta?
Think that no team is interested in him. As he brings cancer to them. Great WR but has an attitude problem.

Re: Signing Ochocinco: Te gusta?
No thanks to CJ. Lets work with the group we have: Moss, Hank, Garcon and Morgan sound good enough to me!

Re: Signing Ochocinco: Te gusta?
Who knows maybe he doesn't leave Miami with out a contract. Save all you guys who keep saying "no to Ocho".

Re: Signing Ochocinco: Te gusta?
I could totally see him in Miami. They need some star power.

Re: Signing Ochocinco: Te gusta?
Pierre Garcon, WR for the Washington Redskins at NFL.com
Santana Moss, WR for the Washington Redskins at NFL.com Josh Morgan, WR for the Washington Redskins at NFL.com Chad Ochocinco, WR for the New England Patriots at NFL.com Plaxico Burress, WR for the New York Jets at NFL.com Stats on our three expected starters, and a couple FA vets for contrast. I really hate how much Tana fumbles and wish he improves markedly this season. It's possible, right? Burress is (still) a touchdown machine. And I think he'd enjoy playing the Giants twice a year. Changing my mind then pass on Ocho and we should sign Burress. I can't remember who said Garcon is our #1 WR, but anyway I agree we've paid him like one. There's just no data or intuition to indicate he'll play like one. If he does our FO gets huge props. Regardless, I still hold to the notion Griffin will be best served by giving him the best (available) big target, especially for the end zone. Plaxico's eight touchdowns on limited action last year is pretty scary. The last time we had a WR catch 8 or more TDs in a season was 2005. And none of our WRs on the roster are big end zone threats. I realize we're not built to win it all today. But SanFran is, and that's why getting a TD monster like a motivated Randy Moss was brilliant.

Re: Signing Ochocinco: Te gusta?
I like Chad Johnson. His antics are a bit silly and goofy, but he comes to play. When has he ever had an attitude problem or been a cancer? His antics are no different than what Clinton Portis used to do. I hope Johnson gets another chance in the NFL.

Ocho is about as washed up as this thread.

Re: Signing Ochocinco: Te gusta?
Why are people saying that Chad Johnson has nothing left? Clearly, he had one lost season in which he had problems learning the running routes pertaining to a brand new offense. Because of that, his opportunities were limited in that offense. That has nothing to do with his overall ability to contribute greatly or minimally to an NFL offense.
