Re: Skins/Vikings post game thread
I knew it was going to be a good day today when I walked into the barber shop and one of the guys working there was wearing a RG3 jersey.
He's just amazing. |

Great game today
I said in game thread when we were up 24-9 win or lose I was impressed with how team played, especially down 9-0 Holding them to fgs then was huge! It looked like it was gonna be a Viking blowout I was watching on Internet, I had to turn game off when we were up 30-12,I knew defense was gonna let them make it close, and my heart can't take those comebacks,so glad we pulled it out How long did this fame last? Seemed like it was never gonna end Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Skins/Vikings post game thread
RG3 had the third most rushing yards in a game by a rookie in Redskins history. Makes me nervous when he runs, but damn is he ever exciting to watch. We had no reason even being in this game, and wouldnt have been if not for him.

Re: Skins/Vikings post game thread
Never get tired of reading this, especially in a game that we pretty much dominated.

Re: Skins/Vikings post game thread
We only won by 12. So disappointed. Yet again the defense lets us down.
For the newbies: /sarcasm. Never seen a 76 yard touchdown run by a quarterback before. I feel like T.O. at the podium right now "and that's MY quarterback (tear drops from eye)." Defense played good enough to win (and we won), so they get a reprieve from all the bitching this week. I was at work before the game, and I saw a lot of people in Skins gear, and I kept talking to them about the game, and one guy asks me what I think going into today's game, and the only thing I said was,"I feel like as long as we have RG3 we have a chance to win." A few hours later, and that sums up how I feel perfectly. |

I remember that Kordell Stewart 80 yard TD run for the Steelers against the Panthers in the season finale in 1996. Panthers won 18-14 btw when CHad Cota reeled in the game sealing interception, but that play wasnt as nearly as exciting.
