This guy will get cut if he misses yet another preseason. C'mon Jacobs your chances are running out, suck it up.
c'mon the guy was bandaged up and then lymped over to a cart that carted him off the field. I am hoping he will be fine.... i wouldn't call him a softy
But i do agree that he has to stay healthy after last years pre season. He is just one more in a slew of good receivers, he is replacable, which is good for us and bad for him.

but seriously guys lets hope for the best. Antonio Brown was truly amazing, for those who have not seen him play this off season trust me what people are saying is true. I really couldn't believe it, Brown caught 3x's as many balls as moss and patten together, i think. he was so fast and made one amazing catch while suspended in air. he is great on special teams and can be a big player for us

you seem to be forgetting that he caught those balls against 2nd and 3rd stringers on D. He's good, but like 4th on the depth charts good. In the preseason the starters uually don't play more than a couple minutes anyways, so he should continue to catch more than patten and moss for the next 3 games (i know time was more equal in this scrimmage).

Re: Anyone see the scrimmage?

agreed during the game but in 7 on 7 drills expecially when starting at the 40 the receivers were more mixed, i still feel he was doing better, by no means am I saying that he is better than moss or patten but i for one am high on Brown, more so for special teams than receiver. Even if he is 4th on the depth chart, which i don't know if he is, he might be playing in 5 days on saturday against the panthers as the 3rd string if TJ is hurt. McCants didn't play at the scrimmage but from what i heard he is doing the worst of the receivers at camp. Thrash, dyson, brown are next up and i do feel brown did better than dyson yesterday even when they played together.

i think we can agree that our STs will be well equiped this year

Re: Anyone see the scrimmage?

I'm kind of hoping bigm29 doesn't notice this so we can just run with this "topic"

and if he does I guess we're all "s out of luck"

Re: Anyone see the scrimmage?

Is "s" kind of like the really-get-you-crunked-up version of "E"?
