If they're gonna ice the kicker do it before they snap the ball. No reason to give them a practice kick first.

I've always wondered if it is a penalty for the team to practice a FG when a timeout is called.

I was and I also said that of 3 whoever takes his team deeper into the playoffs should get it. Wilson impressed everyone by having two come from behind games (actually one, almost 2).
