I trust this current Redskins management team. If they decide that they want to sign D-Jax, then I accept that it's what the Redskins should do.

I'd like to talk about the timing of the release of D-Jax and what that means to the Skins.

First, I think the Eagles did D-Jax wrong by releasing him as late as they did, after most teams had already made any expensive acquisitions that they were going to make. They probably took numerous potential landing spots for D-Jax off the table.

Second, that turned out to be a good thing for the Skins. Right now, it looks like Oakland might be the Skins primary competition for his services, although that could change quickly, as we all know.

He might like the idea of playing in the Bay area but he'd still be playing for the Raiders. Who would be throwing him the ball?

With the Redskins, he'd be in a passing offense with RGIII at QB, two other quality WR's, a budding young star at TE, and he'd get two or three shots a year to make Philly pay for cutting him. The Redskins have a lot to sell him.

We'll see what happens.
