Despite what everyone is saying, I think this is mostly all on Grffin. Better QB play would make EVERYTHING better. Griffin is why we've lost the past two winnable games, and I'm confident both McCoy and Cousins would have won them both.
Our offense looked potent with both Cousins and McCoy in there, but looks completely lost with Griffin. Quick releases would fix the O-line issues, and just getting the ball to our talented receivers leads to great things.
Our D needs competent safety and D-line play, but defenses always look better when they play with leads and can blitz more.
