Keim's sources (whomever they may be) say DC candidates could bring whomever they wanted (not clear if that meant they could fire Morris).
Mike Wright indicates he received a text from an unnamed coach who gave him the Fangio/Morris story. Wright currently works out of Chicago but covered the Skins during Cerrato days (per Wright's twitter). Quote:
