This is pretty much how I feel. Cousins is never going to be an elite player. I believe GM Scot was correct in saying Cousins has pretty much hit his ceiling. He deserves to have a long term deal because he's earned that. But it should be in the area where his salary is currently at. But 27-30 million a year for Cousins is too much. I don't see not only the Redskins paying that much, but anyone else....
