If he did, it would be a direct contradiction to what he's been saying, that it's a balance between compensation and winning.

The way I see it is Kirk was asked "come Free Agency, if the Browns come ot you with a big offer, would you consider signing it?" and said "My agent and I would consider all my options and weigh them out" => COUSINS WOULD CONSIDER SIGNING WITH THE BROWNS !

There's nothing there imho, of course he's not gonna say "The Browns??!! You kidding me? Fuck 'em I want to win!"...
