I don't deny he has regressed in terms of reads and making careless errors. Two of which may have cost us two wins. But there are very few QBs that can do what he can do and it is next to impossible to win a Super Bowl without a QB playing at an elite level.

Of course we’ll pay him. Imagine a guy like him hitting the open market, do we really think there wouldn’t be multiple teams lining up to pay him?

He’s still young and learning and already playing at a pretty high level. Zero questions about his character. You absolutely pay him.
