Free Agent WR's Rated
1st Choice
Antwaan Randle El #82 Height: 5-10 Weight: 192 lbs. Age: 26 Pos: WR Experience: 4 years College: Indiana Drafted: Year:2002 Round:2 Pick:30, Steelers Due to Randle El’s Versitility I feel he will be the best pick-up as a #2 WR and a return specialist. He will give the Redskins an added dimension in the passing game and the running game. His 15.9 avg yds per reception in the highest of this group. REC 35 | YDS 558 | TD 1 SPLIT REC YDS AVG LNG TD 2005 35 558 15.9 63 1 2nd Choice David Lamar Givens #87 Height: 6-0 Weight: 215 lbs. Age: 25 Pos: WR Experience: 4 years College: Notre Dame Drafted: Year:2002 Round:7 Pick:42, Patriots Givens size and production in an offense that is a collaboration of very good players, is impressive. I would venture to say that he is probably the best Receiver the Patriots have. I think he will be very productive opposite Moss. If you add Patten to the mix I think all three would thrive the way the “POSSE” did in the 80’s. REC 59 | YDS 738 | TD 2 SPLIT REC YDS AVG LNG TD 2005 59 738 12.5 40 2 3rd Choice Kevin Devon Curtis #83 Height: 5-11 Weight: 186 lbs. Age: 27 Pos: WR Experience: 3 years College: Utah State Drafted: Year:2003 Round:3 Pick:10, Rams Curtis had the most production out of these WR’s . He also played in a system that was full of options for him to pull down 60 receptions when he plays opposite Holt & Bruce is a feat in itself. He too has the ability to stretch the field as well as playing a possession role. He could see some action in the return game as well. REC 60 | YDS 801 | TD 6 SPLIT REC YDS AVG LNG TD 2005 60 801 13.4 83 6 4th Choice Koren Robinson #18 Height: 6-1 Weight: 205 lbs. Age: 25 Pos: WR Experience: 5 years College: North Carolina State Drafted: Year:2001 Round:1 Pick:9, Seahawks Robinson could be the best of this bunch if it wasn’t for the possible baggage. From all accounts in Minnesota he was a great teammate and seamed to get his life back on track. He has the best combination of size and speed of this bunch, and probably the most upside. Oh and did I mention he is going to the Pro bowl as a returner. REC 22 | YDS 347 | TD 1 SPLIT REC YDS AVG LNG TD 2005 22 347 15.8 80 1 5th Choice Joe Michael Jurevicius #87 Height: 6-5 Weight: 230 lbs. Age: 31 Pos: WR Experience: 8 years College: Penn State I love this guy. He plays with so much heart. He would make a great possession receiver, which is what we really need. The only reason why he is 5th on this list is his age. At 31 years old he might actually cost to much to pry him away from Seattle. He had a monster year in the RedZone and could play a similar role for us. REC 55 | YDS 694 | TD 10 SPLIT REC YDS AVG LNG TD 2005 55 694 12.6 52 10 I would not be dissapointed with any of these WR's. And it would be great to get two of them, although the salary cap could prevent that. It might be possible to sign a combination of Robinson and one of the other WR's. maybe... Randle El & Robinson Givens & Robinson Curtis & Robinson
