the cards only made 1 move, and a 2nd round draft pick could have been used to give them an RB that's good enough (leon washington/M drew) and then they could spend the rest of that money on an offensive line (which they still don't have, despite ghastly amounts of cap room).

I'd say the rams, followed by the browns. The browns mainly went after cleveland natives (bentley, Ted W, zastudil, joe J) and they got some old guys that won't actually be around when they finally start winning games (McG, Ted W). They did, however, get some OL guys that are impact players and edwards and winslow hould be healthy. Frye is still a huge question mark, and letting bryant go may have been a mistake (production wise, not considering the locker room).
