Al Saunder vs. Gregg Willams?

With Saunders and Williams getting paid the big bucks, as much or more than most the head coaches in the NFL, the title doesn't mean that much except for an insecure/selfish person.
With Williams already having some experience as head coach Bills, you have to give the nod to Williams. However, Saunders is deserving of a good title.
