so active for ten games and you're out... active for one game in two different seasons, and you're out... been on PS for two years, you're out. Being on a PS for as little as 3 weeks in a season counts as a year...
its not a safety net, welfare type deal, its a transition (unemployment) period... and anyone can raid your PS at any time and sign those players to their active rosters... PS'ing simon (if it were possible) would mean he'd be gone in two seconds...
