I'm the same way. So here's what you do. You pull in front of them and slow down to the point where they are getting fairly close to you, almost tailgating, THEN you turn on your wiper fluid for like 5 minutes. Sure, it might waste a lot of fluid, but you're causing them a nice annoyance as well. This works GREAT on people who drive like jackasses and obviously care a lot for their car because it REALLY messes up a freshly washed ride.

LOL I never thought of that one, that's a sweet move. Mental note for me tonight when driving home on the Roosevelt Boulevard. That wiper fluid is cheap as dirt anyway, so no big loss.
