I lucked out, about 5 or 6 years ago my friends finally got the call that their time on the waiting list was over (their dad signed up so long ago that he actually didn't want the tickets when they got to him, but his two sons did).
Now it's to the point where I get first dibs for the whole season so I get to go to about 5 or 6 games a season without having to worry about getting really crappy seats. It's good stuff.
