If you look at some of his other items:

75 Vikings FRAN TARKENTON Signed Mitchell & Ness Jersey - (eBay item 190141276379 end time Aug-21-07 18:25:30 PDT)

Look closely at the stitching on the number.... it is a knock off jersey.... so he steals the pictures of the jersey from the web... I would be VERY careful of him if this is his practice.
