The Chargers released him for some chronic health issues. He is old as dirt on top of that. I didn't think Marshall had deteriorated that bad in his play. Even if it was a money thing he would have been a great backup for Rocky or any other LB for that matter. Godfrey had chronic hamstring problems, what is upgrade here?
