I'm not calling you an ass at all... I'm sorry if you took my comments as an attack in some way.

I'm just done talking about the same thing over and over again.

I just don't get how people can rave about how great "team player X" is, then that player blows it by turning everyone off in an organization from the trainers to the players, then the people are won back by "team player X" saying "all the right things".

If you want to know where someone is going, usually you can get a prediction by knowing where they've been. That's all I'm saying.
