And streamlining a staff that was riddled with associate head coaches and assistant head coaches isn't necessarily a bad thing. I liked the idea of Williams as head man, but the more I think about this potential structure- Fassel, Ryan, Zorn- the more I think it could be okay.

I agree that there were way too many coaches on this team. But this is what Joe wanted. Dan wanted Joe, Dan got Joe and his people.

The Giants have 19 coaches on staff. The Patriots 14. We had 21.

Now that Joe is gone, who is to say that Gregg wouldnt clean up the coaching roster some.
