Question about Jerseys

OK. Jersey's usally run in the 70's to lower 100's right?

So why does walmart sell Jerseys at 30 to 40 dollars? What the difference? If it were not NFL licensed it would be illegal to sell them. So why the price gap.

I saw them there the other day, though I was shocked to find they only carried a few Titans and Pats jerseys here in the heart of skins country. (I work overnight security in a mall and my cammera both is exactly fifteen feet from a Redskins Official Store. =) )
