I think that the ARE pass at the beginning of the Giants game was an example of this. Zorn was thinking deeply and was trying to play mind games with the defense. Unfortunately his overthinking made him out of touch with reality.

I preferred Zorn's creativity when it was subtle, like, at the beginning of last year when he used to toss a misdirection into every gameplan. Now, he's just being overt and yelling, "LOOK AT ALL THE TRICKS I CAN RUN." Not appealing.
