On a much smaller scale this happens at Camden Yards when they have a standing room only game. I made the mistake of buying a standing room only ticket for the Red Sox vs B-more, tired standing above the out of town scoreboard in right field and could not see a damn thing. We end up just roaming the park the whole game it was horrible.
