For the first time in a long time, we have the personnel to run a 3-4 in the future if we so choose. It would, however, require us to replace one of most productive players in Carter next year with another OLB. But we might just end up hiring a coordinator who is well versed in the 3-4. It could go either way right now. __________________ according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
