We need to become good again at acquiring and developing our own own young and talented OL. Not getting someone elses left overs ro drafting poorly.
In the Snyder era it seems like when we get FA OL from another team they either become injury prone (Thomas) or their best playing days are behind them (Dockery/Rabach).

I meant a marquee UFA, sort of what Jason Brown was last year. I could be wrong, but I don't think we've ever gone after a young talented offensive lineman in the last couple of seasons. Except for Dockery, we always seemed to pick up old guys to patch things up.
