At the precise moment when they have lost too many accomplished vets to be a real contender, they are set up to have a massive influx of serious young talent. IMO they are the benchmark of how to manage personnel. In the same vein, with Pioli now in KC, don't be surprised to see that team become the bell cow in AFC West in the not too distant future (especially if Matt Cassell continues to improve.

Starting to think that Pioli's contributions in New England were limited to having access to Peter King/glowing media profiles.
