A.) Rodney Harrison was suspended 4 games (for HGH), Cushing's suspension is also 4 games, so it sounds like this is the standard punishment (anyone remember how many games Merriman got?)

B.) It wouldn't surprise me if Shanahan did this.

C.) We could, although I think TO and Moss are different types of receivers.
