Not including the extra 27 cents per gallon in gas it costs to get to the store to buy the beer in CA.

Seeing how I went to James W. Robinson (go Rams) and George Mason both of which are located in Fairfax VA I wouldn't know about the quality of Cali's publik edukaton sistems...in my defense my figures are from MSN. If I had to guess I would imagine cali raised its beer tax amid its economic crisis.
