Jim Haslett's inconsist defense

If there's one off season move I would like to see the Redskins to make, is to replace Jim Haslett as DC, his defenses drive me nuts. One week they play great, the next week they allow RB's and QB's to run at will. So, blow up a defense that went from 32 to top 10? Has 2 or 3 rookies playing quite well, a 2nd year LB playing well, one of the best in the NFL on 3rd down, top 5 or 10 in sacks in the NFL??

Yeah, why not blow it up and start over.. and move back to 4-3 with the very good 3-4 personel we have brought in here.
