They have a good deal of cap room. And yeah, they are the perfect situation for Manning. But, for whatever reason, they don't seem to be interested. Which is a shame, because a healthy Manning makes them probably the Super Bowl favorite next year. Without him, I'd expect them to fall back a bit next year.
