One of Cousins qualities all the experts talked about was his leadership abilities. I just think if RG3 struggles this year and next year there will a lot of fans calling for Cousins. RG3 has a lot of pressure already. I guess only time will tell, but if he does struggle in 2012 and 2013 RG3 and the Skins will have a bad divorce IMO.
