If Marty had confidence in Breese and was developing this raw talent, why did the Chargers draft Rivers #1 overall? Because Marty had no confidence in DB. Marty did last year what Gibbs is doing this year. Hopefully PR does this season what Breese did last year.
Warner, Bledsoe, Garcia, Dilfer. Not exactly what I would call impact free agents. Their best days are behind them and 2 years from now they wont be in the league. |
