Pretty sure a lot of people have never heard of an NFL rookie having this type of issue because if it does happen (which I'm sure it happens, probably amongst plenty of rookies on plenty of teams) it doesn't make headlines. I don't think there are any players that would want to rat out a rookie teammate like that to the media for being introverted.
