Each and and every player who steps on the field can be a team leader based entirely on what he does when he is on the field.

After the first two games, it is apparent that every single Redskins player needs to step up his game to get a win this week. I think they'll do it.

Isnt this what Patriots coach Belicheck always says... "Do your Job!" It looks like everyone else is waiting for someone to make a play except Kerrigan. He is the only guy making plays on defense, always has, and always will.
