I wore a knee brace like that... I ran a 4.5 40 time my freshman year of high school and dislocated my knee tearing my LCL. I had to wear that brace my Sophmore and Junior year. I only ran a 4.7 for those two years while wearing that brace. Itll slump your speed more then the brace.

Needless to say, I ran a 4.4 my senior year.
