Giantone Gamebreaker Join Date: Apr 2006 Posts: 13,987	NLRB: college athletes are employees, can form unions So question ,does this now mean that college athletes can now have their scholarships taxed as income ?I'm presume that this means all college athletes as in basketball or baseball or soccer ?Does this include the band ,cheerleading ,most of those are scholarships as well . __________________ ....DISCLAIMER: All of my posts/threads are my expressed typed opinion and the reader is not to assume these comments are absolute fact, law, or truth unless otherwise stated in said post/thread.
