Janay Rice says she deeply regrets the role that she played the night of the incident. This wasn't a very smart tweet by the Ravens organization. I'm really really surprised the PR team hasn't pulled it down. It's pretty much saying......"it's ok guys if Ray beat his fiancee......see, she apologized for her part!"
