Honestly this is a start, but not good enough. NFL instead of shunning NCAA as usual, should reach out to them to adopt some type of uniform/umbrella policy. If you follow college sports this has been a hot button issue within their ranks the last couple years. If your 18 your an adult, even in college; thats seems to be where these behaviors develop. I actually got to know a girl back in college who was sexually assaulted at Va Tech by a football player and transfered to where I went to school because of how strong the football player was protected by the institution. Pretty sad all the way around.
