He's a dickhead. Always will be. That said, he isn't the problem with what's wrong with the team. I mean ultimately he is, but he's not responsible for the product on the field currently.

That's a pretty bold statement. Alter it how? Even if RGIII career flames out, I doubt it'll alter the franchise for the most part. Well, no more than it was altered by giving away all those picks to St. Louis. That altered this franchise more than anything in my opinion.
