His "talent" is as a spread offense running qb, he does not have the "talent" imo to be a top flite NFL qb today. What it boils down to is can he learn that talent? Also how long would it take. Its generally acknowledged that it takes 10K hours to master a new skill. That roughly equates to 40hrs per week for 5 years so you better start practicing that guitar and RG3 better start practicing his new skills.
