Rex Ryan is an excellent communicator, both internally and externally. Meaning within team and he's great with the media. He knows how to take pressure off of players and onto himself. I wanted to hate Rex Ryan, because of who his dad is. More I got to know him though, I'm totally impressed

All that said, he's got to improve from EJ Manuel if he wants to truly have success. I think EJ is actually worse than Geno Smith
