Who should we go for in Free Agency?

I don't see anything wrong with signing good, young Free Agents as part of the build plan. One of the main things we've done wrong in FA is to sign players who are too old and too expensive. There are FA's who could help us who are as young as 25 years old. These younger FA's have proven that they can play in the NFL and they can still be developed to become even better players.

We've just been plagued by a bad Front Office for many years. They've made many poor decisions in both the draft and in FA. We haven't been any better in drafting than we've been in FA. I think that our FO needs to do a better job of evaluating all types of players.

I also don't believe it's been proven that the path to success is to go exclusively with the draft. As far as I know, all NFL teams sign FA's.

I recall that when SM was introduced he said that he would use FA. I expect him to do so judiciously.
