Free agency is actually something that I believe works in Gibbs' favor. I think by Gibbs just being purely "Old School" is a negative thing in the eyes of the media. I read somewhere that the Redskins had 26 free agents in the 1982-83 Supebowl season. The most to play in any Superbowl at that time. So Joe Gibbs has adjusted pretty well so far.
